He’ll share why burnout is a result of not being your true self, how to find your flow, and why not everyone is meant to have a crystal-clear vision.   • 07:45 – Peter’s background, journey, and business origins; he was lost in high school and went into observer mode which impacted the way he saw the world and was seen.

  • 09:50 – Everyone has a unique code, a unique setting, a unique way of being, and when your code is a match with the world around you, life is in flow.

  • 10:25 – He begin forming an interest in self-hypnosis then NLP; he did his first practitioner training in 2003 and has been teaching it all over for 17 years now.

  • 11:10 – He began doing breakthrough sessions with people and turning around fears, phobias, and depression in minutes.

  • 12:20 – Scary and Exciting: Scary means growth and exciting means who you become.

  • 14:30 – On NLP: It’s been taught badly because it’s been caught up in the personal development, coaching, everyone-get-rich movement.

  • 15:45 – The NLP toolset: It’s the language of the mind including 40 different tools including belief decoding and reprogramming.

  • 18:30 – NLP gets more and more subtle and covert; like quantum linguistics and covert influence, but even basics like “anchoring” can be massively helpful.

  • 20:00 – Once a person is cleaned of the patterns and limiting beliefs that hold them back, they can be reprogrammed into who they want to be.

  • 22:20 – A phobia is a super-deep anchor that was likely anchored in childhood; the emotional intensity gets stuck inside of the body and leads to later emotional responses.

  • 25:00 – If you feel burnt out, you are not being you and not living within your Unique Code.

  • 26:45 – Only 20% people need clear goals, the rest are happy with a “fuzzy vision” and have a theme instead of clear-cut goals, and that’s perfect, too.

  • 28:40 – Only 15% of the population are purpose-driven people, the rest want to be a part of something, want to fight for something, or need things to be a certain way.

  • 30:05 – The Unique Code takes into consideration every person’s unique and individual way of functioning; this can transform the way people learn.

  • 31:30 – Find your flow by learning and embracing your Unique Code; then give yourself permission to operate within your code.

  • 33:40 – Your Unique Code is every bit of code inside of you; the hinging points are the 2-3 specific bits that make everything else work.

  • 34:45 – You find your hinging points by the absence of them and there are 3 categories of hinging points.

  • 34:50 – Basic: Eating, sleeping, family support, or financial security.

  • 39:00 – External: Support team, other people’s goals, other people’s or your own vision, looking good.

  • 40:00 – Weird and wonderful hinges: Pressure, wanting to outdo others

  • 38:00 – Some people have pressure as a hinging point; they need pressure to fire them up.

  • 41:00 – You don’t need hinges from all categories; some people have all their hinges in one category.

  • 42:00 – Respect and make your hinging points sacred because when they work your whole life works.

  • 43:40 – You may not like your hinging points, just make them sacred; Peter’s hinges are pressure and helping people, but he’s had to set some boundaries.

  • 48:40 – Stop judging yourself for your hinges; instead, find ways to healthily and effectively work with them.

  • 49:15 – Foggy vision people: Write out the qualities you want in your life then write  a list of who or what you need to be to live that life. Then, know your hinges (your how). That’s your activation code.

  • 51:10 – Get real personal growth by getting outside of your comfort zone every single day.

  • 52:00 – Peter shares what he sees as my top three wins/growth points:

  • 52:50 – I ask for help, but I don’t ask everyone.

  • 55:45 – I put my ego aside to accept what life requires of me.

  • 57:35 – I did less, not more, when Peter advised me to; it was hard but better in the long run.

  • 59:50 – I’ll need to find the people to be the string-pullers behind the scene.

  • 01:02:00 –  The real future deals are all going to be done behind the scenes.
