In this episode, I share the three things that inspire online coaches to pivot. If you’re considering a pivot, you’ll learn the questions to ask yourself BEFORE making a move so you can run a successful business and avoid the things that inspire a pivot in the first place. - 20:35 – Moving the needle is confronting but needs to be done to build your brand and make money. 
- 21:50 – Move the needle daily before choosing to pivot. 
- 22:15 – If you are moving the needle daily and have made sales before, ask why. 
- 23:20 – Find ideal client avatars and do market research with them. 
- 24:10 – If you’re moving the needle daily and consistently for at least a year but haven’t made sales, you need to do market research. 
- 26:00 – If you’ve been moving the needle daily for a year or more, pivot. 
 
- 26:45 – If you feel burned out by your business... - 27:20 – Spend 80-100% of your time in your zone of genius. 
- 28:05 – Delegate and up-level, hire before you have to, and take breaks. 
 
- 30:55 – I only recommend pivoting in two specific instances.
